Born from the vision of two longtime friends and former contractors, El Comal brings the vibrant culinary traditions of Oaxaca and Yucatán to downtown Los Altos. Since opening in 2025, the restaurant has become a warm and inviting gathering spot, where modern design meets deeply rooted Mexican flavors like mole, cochinita pibil, and handmade tortillas fresh off the comal.
